By accessing or using services offered through CABEX GROUP, including CABEX-FX and associated platforms, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Continued use constitutes a binding agreement and full indemnification of CABEX GROUP, its subsidiaries, and partners.
1. Account Use and Compliance Obligations
All users must complete full KYC/AML verification before using our services.
Required documents include:
Valid passport (no nationality restriction)
Proof of source of funds
Recent bank statement
Business nature and corporate registration (if applicable)
CABEX GROUP reserves the right to request additional documents or reject any account or transaction without explanation.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated at any time at our discretion.
2. Foreign Exchange (FX) Services & Rates
All FX rates are based on XE.com as the base rate, with a fixed 1% markup applied daily in the morning.
Additional FX margins may apply for high-risk jurisdictions or restricted currencies.
Transactions are processed only after compliance approval and receipt of cleared funds.
3. Payment Flow & Settlement Conditions
Closed Currency Countries:
Local settlement account assigned after KYC approval.
Funds deposited in local currency, converted to USD, then to final currency if needed.
Payout within 24–72 hours of cleared funds, subject to cut-off and compliance.
Proof of deposit required. No upfront settlement details are provided.
Non-Closed Currency Countries:
Settlements are direct to CABEX GROUP’s multi-currency accounts (USD, EUR, HKD, JPY).
If another currency is required, USD is used as the base, followed by conversion.
Stablecoin Transactions:
In restricted countries, clients may independently send stablecoins to CABEX.
In open countries, CABEX GROUP may facilitate stablecoin-to-fiat conversion (subject to approval).
All crypto services are subject to local regulatory frameworks and internal review.
4. Fees and Platform Charges
Note: Transaction-specific fees are agreed on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on jurisdiction, volume, and risk. CABEX GROUP reserves the right to change fees at any time.

Entity Formation (All-inclusive)

On-Ramp and Off-Ramp Crypto Fees: A standard fee of 1.5% applies, in addition to the applicable FX rate on the day of the transaction. Additional gas/network fees may also apply depending on the blockchain used.
Please note that all crypto transactions and wallet balances are held on the platform and are subject to market fluctuations. We are not liable for any change in value, and final wallet balances may vary based on real-time asset performance.
We reserve the right to adjust or modify your balance without prior notice for the purposes of correction, reconciliation, or any applicable adjustments. All fees, including platform, network, and third-party charges, may be deducted at any time once funds are received.
5. Card Payments, Wallet Top-Ups & Float Retention
All card and wallet top-up transactions include a 15% withholding float held for 185 days.
High-risk transactions may require additional floats without prior notice.
CABEX GROUP may retain floats for longer at its sole discretion.
If a transaction in breach, incomplete, or fraudulent, the float may be forfeited entirely.
6. Crypto & Investment Transactions
FX, crypto, and investment services carry significant risk. Rates are subject to change.
Users must conduct independent due diligence and comply with local laws and tax obligations.
7. Liability & Indemnification
CABEX GROUP, its subsidiaries, and affiliates are not liable for:
Delays due to compliance or banking partners
FX rate discrepancies
Service interruptions or rejections
Fraud, chargebacks, or user errors
Users agree to fully indemnify CABEX GROUP and its affiliates for all claims, losses, or regulatory penalties arising from use of our services or platform.
8. Amendments
CABEX GROUP may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the account or service is held. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
