3. Client Protections and Fund Handling


All client funds are managed through designated Numbered Accounts under the relevant group entity, depending on geographic and regulatory requirements. Once funds are cleared:

  • Account statements are updated in real time

  • Funds become accessible unless restricted for compliance or security reasons

  • Temporary limitations may be applied to safeguard the client or the platform


All instructions for deposits, withdrawals, crypto conversions, and escrow use must be followed as per your assigned Account Officer. Clients are required to provide transfer proof (e.g., SWIFT receipts) and adhere to wire instructions to avoid processing delays.

4. Legal Indemnification & Responsibilities


By using any CABEX GROUP service or platform (including CABEX-FX, moneyIN Global Inc., or any affiliate), clients agree to:

  • Indemnify and hold harmless the Cable Exchange Group, its subsidiaries, directors, employees, and affiliated financial institutions from any losses, damages, claims, liabilities, or legal costs incurred through the use of its services, whether direct or indirect.

  • Confirm that all funds are clean, clear, and not derived from any criminal activity or sanctioned party.

  • Acknowledge that all transactions and services are subject to regulatory review and may be suspended or refused at our sole discretion.

  • Accept that clients are responsible for legal fees should disputes require litigation.

5. Collection and Use of Personal Information


We collect information during account onboarding, including physical and electronic (soft copy) documentation. Information collected may include:

  • Name, date of birth, and identification documents

  • Proof of residence and banking information

  • Source of funds and nature of business activities

  • FATCA and tax declarations (W-8BEN / W-9 forms)


This data is used for:

  • Legal compliance and identity verification

  • Financial service provision and product development

  • Communication of products and services of interest


Data will be retained as long as legally necessary or relevant to the service relationship.

6. Disclosure of Information


CABEX-FX and its affiliates do not disclose customer information unless:

  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

  • Explicitly authorised by the customer


We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share customer data with unauthorised third parties.

  • Use strong, unique passwords and change them regularly

  • Never open suspicious emails or attachments

  • Always log out of your account when finished

9. Phishing & Spyware Warning


Phishing: Do not respond to emails requesting personal data or login information. CABEX-FX will never ask for sensitive data via email.


Spyware: Install only trusted software. Spyware can collect passwords, credit card data, and account information without your knowledge.


To protect your data:

  • Avoid downloading unverified software

  • Regularly update antivirus definitions

  • Change online banking passwords frequently

  • Clear browser cache and history after online banking sessions

10. Card Services & Crypto Integration

  • Physical or virtual cards require a minimum account balance of $50,000 USD

  • All crypto onboarding requires compliance checks and a one-time integration fee

  • Default account currencies are USD, EUR, or GBP. Other currencies are accepted and converted at institutional rates

11. Jurisdiction and Amendments


All services are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction under which your account is held. Any legal dispute will be subject to that jurisdiction, and the user is responsible for applicable legal fees.
